Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Coco powder - 3/4
cup Butter - 1/2 cup
Milk / dark chocolate compound - 1/2 cup
Sugar ( powdered) - 1/2 cup
Salt - a pinch
Vanilla essence - 1/2
Teaspoons Milk - 3/4
Cup Walnuts - 7/8
Instructions
Melt chocolate compound through double boiler method / or in oven, add melted butter, venilla essence and keep it aside. Take a container n sieve all purpose flour, Coco powder, salt (a pinch), sugar powder n give it a nice mix. Pour the liquid chocolate mixture with little milk and mix it till paste like texture. Pre heat the oven for 10 mins (180 degree n up n down heat mode). Take a tin n grease it with butter n dust it with all purpose flour. Add the batter, smoothen the top and place gently walnuts on it n tap twice then place it for baking for 30/40 mins. Check with a help of tooth pick till it comes out clean.... Either serve hot with cold ice cream or cool it and serve with a dash of chocolate sauce... Yummy brownie is ready....
